Welcome to
MacTalent, the first
nationwide web registry exclusively for
Macintosh talented people. Now with around
1000 listings of talented Mac professionals.
We're here to bring you, the employer, together
with people with the Macintosh skills you seek.
MacTalent works differently from other websites
that advertise jobs. We are the equivalent of Jobs
Wanted classified ads. So, unlike other websites,
employers pay nothing to search the
database. We want our talented pool of Mac
experts to find gainful employment. Bookmark
this site for future reference. And please send
us your feedback
so we can make MacTalent even more useful!

SEARCH
TIPS
LET US
HELP YOU: If you
can't find the right person in our database, place
a FREE employment ad in our Classified
section. We email job
postings to interested members, and many
non-members check our job bulletin board
regularly.
SEARCHING TIPS:
Search by City, State (US or Canadian), or by
Country - we have people from New Jersey to New
Zealand. For more complex searches, use our
Advanced
Search form. The
Logical AND/OR operator choice is important.
The default is AND. For example, selecting "AND",
"California and "Photoshop" will bring up only
Photoshop experts in California. If you pick OR and
check "Applescript" and "Florida" it will bring up
someone who has either Applescript skills OR lives
in Florida. Restrict the number of boxes you check
to mandatory requirements for best results and
fastest searches.
USING
KEYWORDS: If you are
looking for expertise in a particular area which is
not listed in the checkboxes, you can enter a word
in the KEYWORD field, which searches text in the
freeform text fields of the database (Description,
Industry, Background).
WEB NAMES: To
protect the anonymity of members who may be
currently employed and need to keep their search
confidential, we permit uses of pseudonyms, or "Web
Names". We keep names and addresses confidential.
