The Logical AND/OR operator choice is important. The default is AND. For example, selecting "AND", "California and "Photoshop" will bring up only Photoshop experts in California. If you pick OR and check "Applescript" and "Florida" it will bring up someone who has either Applescript skills OR lives in Florida. Restrict the number of boxes you check to mandatory requirements for best results and fastest searches. USING KEYWORDS: If you are looking for expertise in a particular area which is not listed in the checkboxes, you can enter a word in the KEYWORD field, which searches text in the freeform text fields of the database (Description, Industry, Background).
